Group 114 is dedicated to acquiring, building, and operating premier businesses across the event industry. Our success is rooted in operational excellence: we strategically preserve the unique teams, culture, and successful processes of each company while implementing strategic enhancements designed to maximize long-term growth and sustained value.
OUR NAME
Our first venues, The Azalea and Crescent Hall were the catalyst that started it all. The Azalea was opened in Feb 2020 (right before the pandemic hit), and we found and and fell in love with Crescent Hall’s location in July of 2020, yet despite the difficult timing and circumstances, both of these venues were able to survive and thrive during the pandemic and ensuing economic challenges. These two locations have made it possible to expand our dreams and goals as a company beyond just the one or two locations we had originally anticipated.
The Azalea and Crescent Hall are both located on/near 11400 South. Often called 114th, the road runs East to West across the Salt Lake Valley. 114th connects our businesses and symbolizes the connection we strive to have with our businesses and the communities that we serve.
