Who we are / what we doOur experience spans every stage of venue ownership and operations—from building brands from the ground up and renovating and launching new properties to stepping into established businesses and improving their performance.
We bring a proven approach to sales, marketing, staffing, customer experience, financial management, and day-to-day operations. In existing businesses we’ve taken over or managed, that approach has driven significant growth, including more than doubling revenue within the first year.

our nameOur first venues, The Azalea and Crescent Hall, were the catalyst for Group 114. The Azalea opened in February 2020, just before the pandemic, and a few months later we found and fell in love with the building that is now Crescent Hall. Despite the timing and challenges that followed, both venues survived and ultimately thrived—giving us the confidence to dream beyond the one or two locations we had originally imagined.
Both venues are located on or near 11400 South, known locally as 114th, a road that runs east to west across the Salt Lake Valley. Just as 114th connects our first venues, Group 114 represents the connection between our businesses, our people, and the communities we serve.
